Information is collected for enrolment, educational support, customer service, administration, payment processing, marketing and business improvement purposes.
Information may be stored electronically using secure third-party systems.
We may share information with trusted service providers including payment processors, CRM providers, marketing platforms and technology providers where required to operate the business.
We may use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and similar technologies to understand website usage and improve marketing performance.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Enrolment constitutes an ongoing membership until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Fees are payable weekly via approved payment methods.
Success Tutoring Epping operates year-round and classes generally continue during NSW school holiday periods.
A minimum of twenty-eight (28) days written notice is required for cancellation.
Fees remain payable throughout any notice period.
No refunds, credits, transfers or fee adjustments will be provided for missed classes, holidays, travel, sport, extracurricular activities, timetable conflicts, change of mind or non-attendance except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Make-up lessons are offered as a courtesy only, subject to availability, and limited in accordance with centre policy.
Membership pauses are not automatic and are granted solely at the discretion of the centre.
The centre may review and adjust fees from time to time with reasonable notice.
Students and parents agree to comply with centre policies and reasonable directions.
Success Tutoring Epping does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, examination results or school placements.
The centre may amend these Terms, fees, policies, timetables, membership structures and operational procedures from time to time.
These Terms supersede and override any previous promotions, advertisements, offers, emails, social media content, verbal discussions or representations.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
PHOTO, VIDEO & MARKETING CONSENT
Unless otherwise advised in writing, parents consent to the use of photographs, videos and testimonials for promotional, educational and marketing purposes.
Parents may withdraw consent at any time by notifying the centre in writing.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law where such rights cannot legally be excluded.
